  • IMPORTANT

It is extremely important that you keep pace with the parade - we cannot leave large gaps. We have to maintain parade pace to cross the highway and cannot hold up the traffic any longer than is necessary.

If you encounter a problem with your float, vehicle, or walkers, move to the side so that those behind you can keep moving. If necessary a parade monitor will ask you to step to the side so the parade can keep moving.

All animals in the parade need to have a person responsible for cleaning up after them. No animal demonstrations allowed during the parade, everyone must keep moving.

By request of the Town Marshall, candy must be handed out and NOT thrown!

    Hold Harmless Agreement

We, the aforementioned organization/individual, assume all responsibility for our entry in the Greening of Coupeville Christmas Parade. We will not hold the Coupeville Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Coupeville, the Coupeville School District, or any sponsor liable for any injuries, damage, losses or mishaps that may occur as a result of or during our participation in this parade. We agree to comply with state fire safety regulations and requirements. We also confirm that we agree to follow all instructions as outlined on this form, and in the confirmation package that will be forwarded to us, and that once moving we will maintain parade pace until we reach the Coupeville Library on Alexander where the Parade officially ends.
