Please join us and celebrate the season on December 3rd. Bring family and friends to Coupeville Chamber of Commerce Annual Jingle Trail 5k Run/Walk.

Run, walk or stroll the five-kilometer route through the unique and scenic trails of Camp Casey and Fort Casey State Park. Sweeping ocean vistas, evergreen and salal canopies, crisp winter air, and very likely an eagle or deer sighting – the Jingle Trail Run on Camp Casey Trails will be unlike any other run you’ve done. At the end of your adventure, enjoy some light refreshments.

All ages are welcome to participate.

Entry Form and Waiver must be completed for each person participating in Fun Run or Walk (both adults and children).

Entry Fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: This is a Cross Country Fun Run - some roots and rocks on trail!

Sorry - No Dogs allowed on Trails.


Check-in at Camp Casey Auditorium Sat. Dec. 2nd- 8.30am-9.30am.

To guarantee T-shirt, entry must be submitted before November 13.

Waiver and Release

By indicating your acceptance, you understand, agree, warrant and covenant as follows:

WAIVER: I know that running or walking a cross country run/walk, regardless of distance, is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter, participate, walk or run unless I am medically able.

I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run/walk and I further agree that race officials may authorize necessary emergency treatment for me. I understand that this is a cross country run/walk and need to be aware of hazardous obstacles, such as uneven ground, rocks, roots, etc., along the paths. I assume all risks associated with running/walking this event, including but not limited to, illness, travel to and from the event, tripping and falling, contact with other participants, spectators or objects on or near the course, the effects of weather, including temperature and humidity, vehicle and pedestrian traffic and the surface conditions of the road and unpaved trails, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

RELEASE: Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Jingle Trail Run 2016, Coupeville Chamber of Commerce, Camp Casey, Seattle Pacific University, Fort Casey State Park, Town of Coupeville, Island County, Race Officials, all Sponsors, Contractors and Volunteers, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person's name in this waiver.

I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my email address, post my name and race results, use any photographs, videos, recordings, or any other record of this event, for any legitimate purpose. I understand that my entry fee is non-refundable.

A parent must sign if the entrant is under 18 years of age.

This is to certify that my child has permission to compete in this event and is in good physical condition and I agree that event officials may authorize necessary medical treatment.

I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or blades, and animals are not allowed in the race and I will abide by these guidelines.

I understand and agree to this waiver and release.
