Who We Are

Coupeville is unique in so many ways and it is an outstanding place to live, work, raise a family, and grow a business. This cute little seaside town is one of the oldest settler-built communities in Washington State.

Coupeville is located at the center of Whidbey Island. Serving as Island County’s seat, you can find all important county government functions, WhidbeyHealth Medical Center, as well as our own small Town Hall. Coupeville also has a unique arrangement of being one of the few towns to be located completely within the bounds of a national historical reserve, Ebey’s Landing.

The Coupeville Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)6 not-for-profit organization headquartered in the heart of historic downtown. Our mission is to promote Coupeville as a place to visit, assist and advocate for our local businesses, and work with other non-profit, governmental, and business organizations to plan for Coupeville’s future.
