Parade Registration Form
Parade starts at 11:00am, followed by Picnic at the Park, Remembrance Service and Concert.

- Entry Fees: NO CHARGE for Community, Military, Veterans, Bands.
- Political Party Entries: $80 per entry (no more than two cars per entry) additional vehicles over 2 is $50 per car
Important Information
- Deadline for Parade Entries – Friday May 17th 2024
- IMPORTANT – Hold Harmless Agreement –read, sign and return with entry. Entries will not be accepted without signed agreement.
Parade Entry Confirmation and Parade Day Instructions
- Your Entry Confirmation, will be emailed to you on receipt.
- Entry Number and CHECK-IN information will be e-mailed to you the Week of May 20th.
- Please make sure your correct email address is on the application and telephone number you can be reached at in case we need to call you.
- Be sure you bring your line up # with you when you Check-In.
- All entries MUST check in at Entry Station on Wilkes, this includes a representative from any walking group.
- Download the information and your Line Up # and be sure to read it carefully.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email by Monday May 20th please contact the Chamber 360-678-5434 ext. 101.
- BE SURE TO FOLLOW ROUTE INSTRUCTIONS, PARKING AND EXIT ROUTE FROM END OF PARADE THAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR EMAIL.
