Becoming a member of the Coupeville Chamber of Commerce is easy. Just complete the member registration form and we will follow up with you. Our memberships run on a calendar year, January through December, so depending on the month you pay, you will pay a prorated rate.

If you feel you want to be a member but can’t pay it all at one time, you have the option to pay monthly on autopay to your credit card.

  • Website that will help you market your business. A link to our website is included in all advertising and marketing.
  • Display your business card, rack card, brochure, or menu in the Chamber’s Visitor Information Center. (To do this, please drop off brochures or cards you would like displayed at the Chamber at 905 NW Alexander Coupeville or mail them to CWCC, PO Box 152, Coupeville, WA 98239.)
  • If you are a restaurant, deli, natural foods, grocery, or coffee house, we will include you in our “Coupeville Food & Beverage Guide”
  • “Experience Coupeville Directory” listing which is displayed at Greenbank Farm, the Wharf, Lodging and other businesses throughout Coupeville, Chambers/visitors centers, on and off island.
  • Event promotion opportunitites
    • Promote your event on our Chamber website
    • The Coupeville Connection – E-newsletter, sent out weekly to all Chamber members. Submit announcements of what’s happening at your business (new staff, special offers, etc). Submit articles and event announcements to news@coupevillechamber.com
  • Brochures/rack cards are placed at our satellite sites: Greenbank Farm, Lavendar Wind Farm, the Wharf)
  • Monthly membership meetings, 3rd Tuesday every month at the Coupeville Library meeting room unless otherwise announced through the Coupeville Connection or on the Chamber’s online calendar.
  • Promote your business or event at Chamber meetings.
  • State of the Town and State of the School events, Annual Business Awards Dinner, and Chamber events throughout the year.

  • Ribbon Cutting – If you are a new business, under new ownership or a name change, we will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at your business.
  • Upgrade your membership – review your membership packet for additional information or contact the Chamber.
  • Enhanced business advertisement on our website – call Lynda Eccles at the Chamber for more information: (360) 678-5434.
  • Host a Business After Hours – a great way to introduce your business to the membership
  • Provide a gift or gift certificate for a monthly membership meeting or event. It can be a gift card, coffee, chocolates, a plant – anything to make a meeting or event fun and it will promote your business!
  • Sponsor a Chamber Event – Memorial Day, Scarecrow Corridor, the Chocolate Walk… Call the Chamber for more information on sponsorship opportunities.
