Janet Orso-Allen, watercolor artist, photographer and graphic designer is a long-time resident of the Pacific Northwest, currently living in Salem, Oregon. She spent 6 years on Whidbey Island, Washington painting, working as a graphic designer and volunteering her skills to organizations such as the WSU Island County Beach Watchers (now Sound Water Stewards) and the Washington Lightkeepers Association.
