Since 1980, Whidbey Island Arts Council has provided outreach and awareness of the arts and culture on Whidbey Island. We help foster local artists, performers, creators, and arts organizations through grants, fiscal management and sponsorship,and promote arts tourism to our island by helping to amplify the activities of our creative members.
