Eric Swan loses his job, and to keep the bills paid and without letting his wife know, he has created fictitious lodgers in his boarding house. False claims by Eric have brought the police to his home for an inspection. Toss in a death, bereavement counselor, and a few other “interesting” characters, this British comedy will have you laughing out loud.
