Parade Registration Form

Parade starts at 11:00am, followed by Picnic at the Park, Remembrance Service and Concert.

  • Entry Fees: NO CHARGE for Community, Military, Veterans, Bands.
  • Political Party Entries: $80 per entry (no more than two cars per entry) additional vehicles over 2 is $50 per car

Important Information

  • Deadline for Parade Entries – Friday May 17th 2024
  • IMPORTANT – Hold Harmless Agreement –read, sign and return with entry. Entries will not be accepted without signed agreement.

Parade Entry Confirmation and Parade Day Instructions

  • Your Entry Confirmation, will be emailed to you on receipt.
  • Entry Number and CHECK-IN information will be e-mailed to you the Week of May 20th.
  • Please make sure your correct email address is on the application and telephone number you can be reached at in case we need to call you.
  • Be sure you bring your line up # with you when you Check-In.
  • All entries MUST check in at Entry Station on Wilkes, this includes a representative from any walking group.
  • Download the information and your Line Up # and be sure to read it carefully.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email by Monday May 20th please contact the Chamber 360-678-5434 ext. 101.
  • BE SURE TO FOLLOW ROUTE INSTRUCTIONS, PARKING AND EXIT ROUTE FROM END OF PARADE THAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR EMAIL.

ENTRY FORM

Hold Harmless Agreement
We, the organization, family, group etc., named on the Parade Entry Form, assume all responsibility for our entry in Coupeville’s Memorial Day Parade, or following events at Town Park.

We will not hold the Coupeville Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Coupeville, Island County or any Sponsor or local business liable for any injuries, damage, losses, or mishaps that may occur as a result of or during our participation in this parade and the following events at Town Park. We agree to comply with state fire safety regulations and requirements.

We also confirm that we agree to follow all instructions as outlined on this form, and in the confirmation email that will be forwarded to us, and that once moving we will maintain parade pace until we return to Wilkes (where Parade began).

For safety reasons the Town Marshall requests that all Parade Vehicles once they have reached Town Park return to North Main and then exit Coupeville via the Traffic Light on N.Main and Highway 20 and DO NOT travel down Broadway to Highway 20.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO MAINTAIN PARADE PACE, THERE WILL BE NO PERFORMANCES BY ANIMALS DURING THE PARADE.
