The Locals Only Coupeville Discount Card is a partnership between the Coupeville Chamber of Commerce and Coupeville Historic Waterfront Association to encourage residents in the 98239 zip code to shop and enjoy the businesses and restaurants of Coupeville.
When locals register for a card at the Chamber they receive a list of the businesses they can get a discount at. It is a way for our local businesses to say “Thank You for supporting us”.
To receive a card, a local has to come to the Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center (open 10-4 Monday through Saturday and 11 – 3 on Sundays). They can only be used by the person obtaining the card with a drivers license, or proof of address within 98239 zip code (water bill, electric) must be shown. Must also be over the age of 18 to receive a card.
