Historic Home Tour and Reception Sunday, September 14, 2025. Tours begin at 12:00, 1:15 and 2:30pm. Historic Whidbey invites you to step into Penn Cove’s past for a tour of two iconic homes built in the earliest settlement days of the 1850’s.
